Gemstones
Loose gemstones and coloured stones: sapphires, emeralds, rubies, diamonds and coloured diamonds, examined and valued individually by carat, colour, clarity and cut, with a certificate from GIA, SSEF or Gübelin where one exists.
Value in the smallest space
For a long time, gemstones counted in the art market only as material for jewellers. Today loose stones are traded as a category of their own: sapphires, emeralds, rubies, diamonds and coloured diamonds, with a certificate from GIA, SSEF or Gübelin, with details of origin and treatment, and judged by carat, colour, clarity and cut. The cut is the signature of the cutter, who turns the rough mineral into an object that gathers light and throws it back. A loose stone is the promise of a future piece of jewellery: buyers acquire it because it concentrates value in the smallest space, and because they can later have a designer set it into something of their own. Every stone is examined and valued individually with us; exceptional stones we have tested and certified in a gemmological laboratory.
